The Great-Grands
Frank's had a hard day. He's not been able to talk, eat, or get out of bed. The hospice nurse said he would have good days and bad. Jeannette and grandson Jacob came down in the morning.
We hope he'll have some good days this weekend, as granddaughters Storme and Heidi are visiting with their families. They're already at Jeannette's, and will begin coming down tomorrow a few at a time.
Eloise, the Willis, and Kathy have been grateful for the delicious meals and desserts from friends at Monclova Baptist church, which Frank and Eloise now attend, and West Rome Baptist, which they attended while in Adrian.

Dear Pastor Frank and Eloise,
I want to thank you for being such a great part of and influence in my life. Your whole family has treated me as a part of your very own, and that means a lot to me.
I have never met two people who make you feel so at home upon the first meeting of one another. Of course your Godly walk and talk will always stay with me, and it has helped me to see people in a different light than I had before.
Our time together at Napier was such a blessing to me, and just think, I got to know the Eckles. What a joy that family is to me! I pray that through your illness others will be strengthened in their Christian walk. And that some others will trust in Christ because of your testimony.
Almost as old as dirt, Dick Vliek
Dear Pastor Frank and Eloise,
Thank you for the life you lived before us. You both have been such a blessing to our whole family over the years.
Eloise, I still use your recipe when I make pancakes. Remember when you had us over and served pancakes? It was a great time of food and fellowship! You made us feel so welcomed. Thank you!
Pastor Frank, remember how you encouraged our daughter, Sara, in her spanish? You took your time to help her through a difficult time in her life. Thank you!
Thanks also for the time you spent with our nephew, Bill. He is living elsewhere after almost 8 months with us. He just got a new job, and we hope it works out for him.
Also, thanks for your council with my father. He had a very high regard for you, and I'm sure he will look you up in heaven and give you a big hand shake!
You will leave a marvelous legacy! God has blessed you both with many gifts, and you both have been faithful in using them. Thank you!
As you travel this new road, may you experience His love, peace and innner joy. Trials are not enemies of faith, but are opportunities to prove God's faithfulness! He will be faithful!
We love you and are praying for you and all of your family. Love, Kathy Vliek
Boy those are beautiful great grandkids! We are keeping you all in the daily prayers. I'm doing fine now after that shower slide yesterday and I'm so glad God protected me from hurting my eye. You all give us a call if we can even just give some thoughts to encourage you there. Love Paula
Dear Pastor Frank and Eloise,
Our military travels began in Puerto Rico and although you were not there during our short stay(1999-2001), our family was richly blessed through the fruits of your labor at Grace Bible Church, and your sweet daughter, Becky. Becky and her family welcomed us, led us to visit GBC, encouraged our homeschooling efforts, babysat our children, and of course, made us a large tray of homemade cinnamon rolls! We did have one opportunity to visit with you at Mike and Becky's home during one of your visits to PR. Although a short visit, it was a sweet time of fellowship, food, and fun.
Our family left PR in 2001 and was stationed in South Korea until 2003. That was a special gift from the Lord since our two adopted children were born in South Korea. We have been in Fayetteville , North Carolina since 2003. We continue to marvel at how the Lord moves us from place to place and accomplishes His will in all our lives through different churches and individual Christians.
Thank you, Frank, for the special part your faithfulness played in our lives. GBC and your godly daughter, Becky, ministered to our family to the glory of God.
We are praying for comfort and strength for you and your family as you wait to go home to be with the Lord. We'll see you when we get there! To God be the Glory,
Neil and Caroline, Caleb, Emma Tolley
Dear Pastor Frank and Eloise,
I remember coming to Napier as a "new Christian" and the strong discipleship examples in the two of you. Pastor Frank, I so remember your messages from Revelation about a new heaven. You painted such a beautiful word picture.
And Eloise with your beautiful alto voice, singing praises always to the Lord.
What gifts you have been to each of us. Thank you so much.
Please know you are both in my thoughts and prayers.
If you are up to it, please visit my page at Roses & Teardrops.blogspot.com
Love, LeAnne
