Visitors

Daughter Kathy arrived last night to spend a few days with Dad. Howard and Dale Wallace also drove up from North Carolina for a brief but precious visit. Howard honored Dad with his Naval achievment medal for all the spiritual and moral support Frank gave the servicemen and women in Puerto Rico.

Kathy's daughters, Storme and Heidi, will be here on Friday and Saturday with their families, and Pat and daughter Sara will be coming on Saturday. If Dad is holding up, some of you who have been asking to see him can perhaps come next week. We know he would love to see each of you, but distance, time and other commitments will prevent that reunion in this life. We have a more joyous gathering prepared in a far more glorious place.

As I write, Dad is having a soothing bath administered by an aide from hospice. The medications are taking effect, and he is much more comfortable. He continues to enjoy your messages of love, so please keep them coming.

Dear Frank and Eloise,

As many are, Koby, the girls and I are praying for you daily, knowing with certainty that our God is holding you close in his tender arms, great power and love.

I waited a few days before writing, so that I could recall some of the great memories and moments of encouragement that you both had a part in.

* I remember meeting one of the most interesting people, your daughter Jeannette who shared so comfortably these great stories of growing up a missionaries daughter in Puerto Rico. We really love and appreciate Jon and Jeannette as well as Jacob and Jaci.

* I remember the friendly handshakes at church, the warm eyes, the natural smile you always wear and the sweet hugs from Eloise.

* I remember sitting at Jeannette's dining room table just talking, listening to you share your stories, your memories, your wisdom. You have impacted us so that we can pass onto our own children what we heard and saw and witnessed with you both.

* I remember a man who knows God's Word like he knows his own name.

* I remember you baptizing your own grandchildren in the lake at our church picnic. What a blessing!

Thank you for being caring to personal friends of ours who were going through hard circumstances, thank you for extending yourself in love, patience and wisdom in so many ways, thank you for living out your purpose and leaving in your path a heritage that will continue to be lived in the lives of your children, grand children and families.

There are those who touch the hearts of others...that is you!

We love you both ....Koby and Donna Marowelli

Dear Eloise,
Tom and I have been on the road traveling and have just gotten to where we can access the internet again. We signed on to send a blog and saw the news of Frank's homegoing. He will forever live in the hearts of all who knew him. Tom said he sends his love to you and the girls and that he rejoices in knowing Frank is now with the Lord and because of Frank, he will see him again one day. I too am blessed by crossing paths with you both and am thankful for the impact you have had on our family as a whole.
Bless you.
Love,
Tom and Sandy Turner and Family

Dear Eloise and Family

May your sorrow turn to joy knowing that Brother Frank is smiling in his new home and we all will come to face to face with our loved one when we cross over some day.

I'll miss Frank and his warm greetings, jokes for all occasions, Happy Birthday cards and hugs.

I count it a blessing to have known Frank.

I know you are surrounded by the aboundance of prayer and we add ours too. Lee & Lorraine Mikesell

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Frank. He and Eloise were two very special people and are greatly missed in the Benton Harbor Area and I am sure Frank will be missed everywhere.
Our Mother and Father (Irving and Genevieve Ruff) were very fond of Frank and He sure helped us when our Father passed away.
God Bless You One and All.

To The Family,

We were so saddened to hear the news about Frank. We are so sorry for your loss. He was such a special person to us. We were your neighbors in Benton Harbor. We thought so much of Frank and Eloise. They were like a Grandpa and Grandma to us. The things we remember about him was oatmeal for breakfast, walking and bringing us wonderful tomatoes from his beautiful garden. We will miss him alot. We loved getting E-Mails from him. They would really lift our spirits to hear from him. There was no better Christian man then him. He was a very special person. We Love You!
